Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our growing sales team. We are looking for sales associates for our Auto, Home & Life Insurance business.
The Gaudio Insurance Group finished #2 in the Country in 2021 and 2022 and #3 in 2023 and #1 in 2024. Through our dedicated Training Program we have seen a dramatic increase in sales with new employees joining our team.

TOP PERFORMERS who are self-motivated and coachable will thrive with our enhanced compensation plan. In addition, the opportunity to coach and run your own team is available within 9-12 months with strong performance.

Salary: $325000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

P&C Insurance Sales: 0-1 years - Proven track record selling over the phone.
Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter
Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
