SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative at Mechanic Plug, you’ll spend your day on back-to-back calls with warm inbound leads, closing 10-20 deals per month and driving company growth. Your role is to enroll new clients, collect front-end cash, and provide them with recruitment solutions that deliver results.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy position perfect for a natural closer who thrives on hitting targets. No cold calling—just warm leads ready for conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct back-to-back sales calls with warm inbound prospects.
Close deals and meet monthly targets.
Maintain and track KPIs like call volume, conversion rates, and deal size.
Build strong client relationships and understand their needs.
Manage your sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to align expectations and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
Automotive industry background (e.g., dealerships, auto repair shops).
Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM and sales tools.

ADDITIONAL:

9 AM - 6 PM EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

Commission pay
Performance bonus
Yearly bonus

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
