Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients who align with our software development expertise.
Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations to uncover client challenges and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with our technical team to craft tailored proposals that address client-specific needs.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with professionalism, ensuring successful agreements that benefit all parties.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales progress within our CRM system.
Market Insights: Share valuable client and market feedback to guide our service enhancements.
Social Media Outreach (Bonus): Utilize social media platforms to identify and engage potential clients, enhancing our online visibility.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Expertise in negotiation and closing deals with professionalism and tact.
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle.
Experience in social media marketing and outreach is a valuable asset.
Legal Eligibility to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in North America without the need for visa sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

Commission-Based Earnings: Competitive commission rates of 10%–20% on closed deals, directly tied to the project value. For example, closing a project at a 15% commission rate means earning 15% of the total project value.
Clear Payment Structure: Your earnings are calculated and paid based on successfully closed deals. There is no base salary. This structure ensures top performers are rewarded proportionally to their success.
