Role Overview

As an Affiliate Builder, you will play a pivotal role in growing our affiliate network. You’ll focus on recruiting, mentoring, and supporting affiliates to ensure their success in promoting our products and mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit new affiliates and guide them through the onboarding process.

- Provide mentorship and training to affiliates, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network.

- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement.

- Act as a primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing questions and resolving concerns.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate activities with broader company goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in affiliate marketing, network marketing, or sales.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media).

- Proficiency in English.
