We recently opened a beautiful gallery in Richmond following the proven and successful model we built in our Roanoke Gallery – Fire Station One (www.firestationone.com). We lovingly restore historic properties, preserving their historic value while creating community spaces facilitating the celebration of authentic craft. Our Richmond gallery is located in a restored Manchester area railroad freight cross dock built in 1908. The beautiful furniture and home goods store is co-located and operated with an integrated bistro featuring craft cocktails, wine and gourmet Nordic inspired fare. Txtur has found this integrated hospitality / retail experience leads to exceptional customer interaction and rich brand/product engagement. It also makes it a truly fun place to work!

We already have established customers in the Williamsburg market and are looking for a self-driving, interior design minded team member to help grow this business in the Williamsburg and Tidewater areas. The Richmond gallery can serve as a resource to help configure and close sales. However, the majority of this position will involve direct in home design visits with qualified home owners and directly prospecting new smart home good buyers in the market.

- Interior Design Passion and Skills: Txtur makes the home furniture buying experience stressless and fun. From our integrated hospitality / retail environments to our skilled in-home design service and 100% satisfaction guarantee, we make it easy to custom furnish your home on a reasonable budget. This position will be our key in home design sales lead for this high potential marget

- Customer Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

- Sales: Successfully promote and sell high-end furniture products.

Requirements:

- Interior Design: Interior Design experience or passion preferred. Trained interior designers to the front of the line.

- Retail Experience: Some experience in retail settings preferred.

- Customer-Centric: Must have a passion for serving customers and creating a positive buying experience.

- Sales Skills: Ability to successfully sell high-end products, including ongoing customer contact and proactive prospect management.

This position will be a work from home flexible schedule position. Part or full time will be considered for the right candidate.
