Remote Outside Sales Representative Job Description
LUX Flooring is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Remote Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team for the Phoenix, Arizona area. We are proud to be a nationally recognized luxury vinyl flooring distributor with over 800 Customers, serviced from our warehouses in Los Angeles, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and New Jersey.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Drive
- Ability to lift 75 pound display board boxes and assemble the product displays on a daily basis.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations on product specifics
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contact with potential Customers
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
- Assemble product displays in Customer stores
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Attend annual industry trade show to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Generate and submit sales reports & contact reports to management
- Monthly visits to Customer retail stores
- Assisting with AR when Customer accounts are past due
- Assisting with claims/returns process
- Active knowledge of product, pricing, inventory, company policies, and shipping process
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area
- Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products
- Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
