Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Commission

This is a remote position where the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and selling truckload flatbed transportation services. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate New Business: Prospect, qualify, and close new clients for flatbed transportation services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Quote & Pricing Negotiation: Provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing terms with clients.
• Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in truckload, flatbed, or logistics sales.
• Strong knowledge of flatbed transportation services and the trucking industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
