Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our offerings. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Duties and responsibilities
- Assist appropriate departments for resolution of sales orders pending paperwork
- Responsible to complete all required training annually
- Educate patients in proper use and care of applicable equipment
- Ensure all appropriate delivery paperwork completed accurately as needed.
- Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the organization and all applicable insurance guidelines respecting eligibility for coverage and reimbursement
- Manage his/her territory to reach revenue and service goals
- Educate all customers and referral sources on Communication Devices offered
- Maintain rapport with ordering physicians/clinics/home health/skilled facilities
- Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Promote products to referral sources by creating call schedule to make sure all major accounts are called on weekly while managing 160 unique call points monthly minimally
- Assume on-call responsibilities (if required) during non-business hours as needed for referral sources
- Arrange luncheon, breakfast and dinner presentations for key referral partners with appropriate receipts and documentation. Minimal of two on a weekly basis.
- Ability to manage and procure all necessary documentation to process orders clean on the front end and to close the loop to get product to delivery stage
- Ability to work designated spreadsheet weekly to help maintain continuous flow of documentation to move referrals along
- Must make routine calls on physician practices, speech clinics (for paperwork), rehab clinics, nursing homes, home health and log contact daily in CRM.
- Must make 40+ call visits weekly with decision makers while building relationships to hit or exceed referral goals for territory. May be required to visit up to 60 accounts if unable to talk to decision maker for account.
- Must work all open reports and gather documentation weekly to prevent any back log of open orders
- This position will require willingness to assist in other roles and locations occasionally/as needed. This could require duties outside of your normal duties and travel within AND outside of your territory.
- Must be willing to cover a three-hour radius of primary location of this job post
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of prior sales experience required
- 5+ years of prior Medical Device or Pharmacology experience required
- Prior sales experience with neurology, pediatric, and family practices preferred
- Clean driving record required
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.
- Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.
- High level of attention to detail.

Physical requirements
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend over, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods of times as needed to meet customer’s needs
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to move around hospitals and doctors’ offices which includes several feet to long distances
- This position requires the ability to drive an automobile with a clean record
- Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
