We are on the hunt for a Sales Operations AI Trainer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and process optimization. You will play a critical role in training AI models, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our growth initiatives in a dynamic remote setting. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering the flexibility to match your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train AI models to optimize sales operations and processes.
- Utilize CRM systems to streamline sales workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance team enablement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and refine sales processes for continuous improvement.
- Develop training materials and documentation for AI training processes.
- Monitor and report on AI model performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our practices are at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Proven experience in process optimization and sales workflow enhancement.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and team enablement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
