Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - East Coast
Location: East Coast (Remote with travel as needed)

Space Executive have been engaged by a hyper growth Series A Cyber Security Vendor who are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager (Player/Coach) to run, scale and build the East coast regions.
OTE's up to $360,000 on a 50-50 split alongside amazing benefits and meaningful equity!
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the East Coast will be responsible for building and executing our regional sales strategy, driving revenue, and expanding our customer base within the region. The RSM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing sales efforts across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a results-driven sales leader with a passion for cybersecurity solutions and a track record of success in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement the regional sales strategy for the East Coast, aligning with company objectives and targets.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Execute the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, ensuring effective use of CRM tools and processes.
- Relationship Building & Networking:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security professionals at target organizations.
- Engage in networking activities and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies, messaging, and product offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and support sales teams (if applicable), ensuring alignment with company goals and optimal performance.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Own sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of key sales metrics, including pipeline status, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Use market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales leader in a cybersecurity or technology vendor environment, ideally in a high-growth, Series B or startup setting.
- Strong track record of success in closing enterprise deals, driving revenue growth, and meeting sales quotas.
- Expertise in cybersecurity solutions, with an understanding of key challenges and trends in the cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the East Coast region as needed.
Preferred:
- Existing network within the East Coast cybersecurity market.
- Experience selling to specific verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or government is a plus.
- Knowledge of the threat detection and response technologies (e.g., SIEM, endpoint security, threat intelligence) is highly desirable.
