We are seeking a motivated and passionate Hybrid Sales Representative to join our HardDrive Team. This position will drive sales within the V-Twin motorcycle markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the motorcycle community, with a focus on HardDrive and V-Twin customers, products, and culture. As a Hybrid Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and expanding our market presence. This role combines in-person visits and remote sales activities, allowing you to connect with clients both in the field and through digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the HardDrive / V-Twin market to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners within the V-Twin motorcycle market. Offer personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on our product offerings, and industry trends, and provide detailed insights and product demonstrations to customers.
- Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the V-Twin motorcycle markets, utilizing both in-person sales visits and digital sales channels.
- Account Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ongoing customer support.
- Hybrid Sales Approach: Conduct sales through a mix of in-person visits, events, phone calls, and online platforms, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each dealer.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to management, using CRM tools to monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand at industry events, rallies, trade shows, and other community gatherings to foster relationships and drive brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the motorcycle industry or automotive aftermarket. Experience with HardDrive and V-Twin products is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the V-Twin market, customer base, and culture.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of personalities.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and stay organized in a hybrid work environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent our brand (minimum of 50%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in inside or hybrid sales, with experience balancing digital and in-person client interactions
- Passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the V-Twin community
