Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on account status.
Assist in sales management activities by providing insights on market trends and client feedback.
Engage in B2B sales initiatives to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility.

Skills

Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client information and sales processes.
Experience in lead generation strategies to identify potential clients.
