Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
Lead impactful sales presentations and product demos, highlighting the quality, customization, and value of DKNR Designs.
Build lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and guiding them through the buying process.
Work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction, fostering long-term business relationships and repeat referrals.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience required, preferably in construction, homebuilding, or related industries.
Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals and quickly ramping up sales efforts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to manage time and sales efforts effectively.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track sales progress.
