Position Overview

Boldedge Consulting Service LLC is seeking an energetic and results-driven Remote Direct Sales Representative to join our virtual sales team. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales of our financial consulting services and products while working entirely remotely. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong virtual selling skills and the ability to build relationships in a digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Utilize CRM software to track all sales activities and opportunities
Create compelling virtual presentations and proposals
Collaborate with marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns
Participate in virtual team meetings and sales training sessions
Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships through digital channels
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of direct sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience with virtual selling and remote client engagement
Strong digital communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology
Excellent time management and self-motivation abilities
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude

Compensation Package
Base salary: $75,000 $85,000
Uncapped commission structure
First-year OTE (On-Target Earnings): $105,000 $125,000
