You must have prior success in selling premium home services to homeowners in a one-call close structure with a proven track record of closing deals in a stable market, against the industry leader. You must excel at closing new opportunities with excellent listening abilities. You should be highly motivated, and work without supervision while completing high-volume calls. Experience with remote sales in a distraction-free work-from-home environment, video conferencing, CRM systems, and exceeding sales targets is a bonus!
This performance-based position included a base salary of $29,000 / year and uncapped comission potential.
Technology requirements include high-speed internet, webcam, noise-canceling headphones, desktop/laptop (no tablets) and two monitors are highly preferred.
