We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Salespeople and Roofers to join our dynamic team. The ideal Roofing candidate will have a background in construction or home improvement, the Salesperson does not need a deep background only the ability to provide expert advice because we will teach you, roofing is simple. This role requires good communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their home improvement goals. Women excel at sales and roofing is no exception. Roofers can increase their income if they build a crew.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for home improvement projects.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, focusing on areas such as underlayment, shingle life, proper installation in roofing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques in construction to better assist customers.
