Job summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support Team US West in expanding growth markets. This role focuses on the Special Dealers and Commercial segment, requiring the candidate to develop and implement a sustainable business plan.

Your responsibilities:

· Actively seek out and engage potential clients and leads within the Special Dealer and Commercial market segments.

· Leverage knowledge of building codes and regulations related to waterproofing and airtightness to guide clients and inform business strategies.

· Identify and evaluate potential dealers to enhance market presence and partnerships.

· Collaborate closely with Special Dealers to maximize partnership opportunities and drive mutual growth.

· Organize and participate in workshops, conferences, tradeshows, and other relevant events to foster industry connections and promote offerings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in the Special Dealer and Commercial sectors to ensure long-term collaboration.

· Work with internal departments to develop and implement effective market strategies aligned with company goals.

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all SIGA solutions to effectively communicate benefits and applications to clients.

Your qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, or a related field, or at least 4 years of experience in construction or technical sales.

· Strong understanding of construction, design, or sales/business development, ideally with hands-on experience in the industry.

· Demonstrated interest in business development, with experience in relevant roles.

· Must possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one by the time of employment.

· Must be eligible to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.

What else you need to know:

You will be carrying out the above-mentioned tasks from your home office. However, this position may require 25% of travel.
