Responsibilities:

Work with warm, interested prospective clients and answer their incoming calls and emails in a professional and concise manner.
Schedule appointments and manage lead pipeline using our streamlined CRM to maximize consulting opportunities and sales.
Educate clients on various financial solutions to resolve their debt and support their needs by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
Meet daily metrics and monthly targets while keeping up-to-date note logs and adhering to all internal and industry compliance regulations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Debt Resolution/Settlement sales experience (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus)
Ability to utilize consultative sales tactics.
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to converse with customers and type at the same time
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills
Full-time schedule availability
Punctual and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, positive work environment.

Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
