Responsibilities:
- Work with warm, interested prospective clients and answer their incoming calls and emails in a professional and concise manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage lead pipeline using our streamlined CRM to maximize consulting opportunities and sales.
- Educate clients on various financial solutions to resolve their debt and support their needs by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
- Meet daily metrics and monthly targets while keeping up-to-date note logs and adhering to all internal and industry compliance regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Debt Resolution/Settlement sales experience (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to utilize consultative sales tactics.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to converse with customers and type at the same time
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Full-time schedule availability
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, positive work environment.

Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
