In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored AI/BOT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels to generate leads and drive sales.
- Demonstrate in person and video how the AI/Bots can help their business
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the founders to create effective lead generation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while managing your territory effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles, preferably within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and territory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus but not mandatory.
