Job Summary
Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer relationships, in order to deliver an engaged customer experience by overseeing, supporting, and managing an assigned group of customer accounts for the TableTopics Division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage sales and customer service activities for our independent and mid-tier wholesale accounts and collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing on key account activities and the management of contracted sales representatives.
- Work with Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing to build customer lead lists, follow-up with new account prospects, and contact inactive accounts to drive sales and create additional business opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries, process orders, assist in resolving order issues, research and generate internal documentation such as invoices, credit memos, refunds, and charge credit cards.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact on the TableTopics sales team with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Manage account servicing functions such as inventory allocations, discrepancies, back orders, purchase orders, credit memos, logistics, and shipping.
- Maintain customer tracking and report account level activities.
- Process sample requests and requests for marketing materials for sales representatives, key accounts, and public relations contacts.
- Coordinate with the accounting team on new account setup, credit limit related order holds, invoicing, and account aging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on activities related to customer onboarding, completing new vendor and compliance documentation, order fulfillment, and compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings and organize agenda and notes for the meetings.
- Communicate customer feedback to the management team concerning policies, product requests, problems, and/or suggestions.
- Become proficient in all company systems, procedures, and software.
- Additional job duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience Requisites
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the Gift and Specialty retail channel is a must, with established contacts within this field, preferred.
- Concise and accurate communication, negotiation, and positive client interaction skills
- Requires 5+ years of combined experience within a relevant position, or work experience that exemplifies similar competencies and includes but is not limited to:
o Data Entry & Organization
o Customer Service
o Reporting & Analysis
o E-commerce or retail management
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales forecasting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and/or Google Suite, and ERP
- Ability to travel domestically to represent company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
