Job Summary:
Career Association of Georgia Chapter of Kia Technologies Inc is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside commissioned-based Sales Representative to join our company. This position is responsible for providing product information, answering product questions, and promoting products and services as solutions to new and existing customers problems.
Products and services on the market are but not limited to careers fairs, ticketed events, fitness memberships, sponsor packages, enrollments in our business certifications programs, sales of Business In A Boxes (Call Center in a Box, Healthcare Business In a Box, Transportation Business In A Box, etc.), Enrollments for Housing for Entrepreneurs, Enrollments to We Hire Startups Mentorship Programs, and more.
Job Details:
- Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 EST (international employees will follow a schedule according to their time zone)
- Basic or Advanced training available
Foundational Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and prices.
- Perform cold calls and follow-up calls, engage in prospecting and lead generating activities as a team
- Meet sales goals by generating sales to new customers, completing sales calls to existing customers, and attending sales meetings.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain current knowledge of product features, benefits, price, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate alternatives within the time limits given (usually less than 30 days).
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer requests, and file documents when required.
- Participate in training sessions on new products and new pricing.
- Participate in the development of products and services, provide feedback, test products and services, and engage business strategy sessions also known as Think Tanks.
The inside sales representative will gain hands-on experience with technical products and become an integral part of the CAG Communications team. This position has the potential for rapid advancement within the company.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based with room for salary promotion
- 10% per sale (whichever is greater) Product rates range between $35-$218,740
