As a Virtual Sales Specialist (WFH), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and support across various communication channels. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, processing policy-related requests, and resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Your key role is to ensure that clients feel valued, supported, and informed throughout their entire insurance journey. This position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Inquiries:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing general questions and inquiries regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes to their coverage.
- Provide explanations of insurance terminology and options, ensuring clients fully understand their policies.
Claims Assistance:
- Help clients initiate insurance claims by gathering necessary information and guiding them through the claims process.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters and other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client claims.
Policy Management:
- Assist clients in managing their policies, including policy endorsements, cancellations, and updates to personal information.
- Review and verify policy details to ensure accuracy and compliance with client needs.
Problem Resolution:
-Address client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve any issues to the client's satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Entry & Documentation:
- Accurately update client records in the system, maintaining detailed and organized documentation of all interactions and transactions.
- Process and track client requests and claims using internal systems and tools.
