Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated B2B sales professional with 2+ years experience in a technology-related sales field for an enterprise software sales position. The ideal candidate is smart, has great communication skills and an unmatched work ethic. They will meet or exceed revenue goals by identifying leads, setting up virtual sales appointments and closing deals. Our extensive training program will provide the successful candidate with in-depth sales and technical training. Working remotely from 9am – 5pm ET Monday through Friday is acceptable for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement allbound sales strategy that combines inbound and outbound sales techniques
- Maintain activity to hit minimum KPIs in calls and emails while maintaining the quality of interactions
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns and cadences
- Drive revenue through new client acquisition and grow existing accounts
- Manage prospect meetings, deliver presentations, and manage POCs while working with tech team members
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure client success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements to effectively educate customers on the value proposition of our solutions
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth, development, and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in the IT industry with B2B sales
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills – both verbally and in writing
- Coachable with a willingness to improve
- Experience using Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and LinkedIn
- Experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI sales tools are nice-to-have but not mandatory
