We need a new Dental Patient Scheduler! This is a remote (work from home) position.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Dialing dental implant leads (generated through our social media ads), understanding their situation & financially qualifying them over the phone, and scheduling their consultation with a card on file. This role is the backbone of our dental marketing agency’s performance as it’s directly correlated with getting qualified implant patients the help they need, and by doing so driving substantial revenue to our client’s dental practices.
Requirements:
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Dialing a minimum of 130-150+ leads/day.
- 3-5+ years of experience in the dental industry is REQUIRED.
- Any experience with implant & full arch patients/practices specifically is preferred

Patient schedulers are very special people as they require an incredible amount of persistence (the persistence and work ethic required to make 150+ dials a day) mixed with the ability to not treat these dials as ‘leads,’ but instead as potential patients we get the opportunity to help.
It’s crucial to bring energy and a genuine desire to help every time you pick up the phone, working efficiently with the team while taking responsibility for your accounts. Balancing empathy with the need to financially qualify patients is key, and through building trust, you'll secure a card on file for their consultation.

Salary & Growth Opportunities
- For this role there’s a base salary from $30,000 - $40,000 dependent upon experience + commission dependent upon performance
- (Base + commission total typically between $42,000 - $57,000)
- You’ll work closely with the scheduling team and trained directly by the founders as you learn and improve
- You’ll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence.
- Once you are managing a full slate you will be prompted to a full Patient Scheduler.
Growth opportunities
- Strong opportunity for growth for Patient Schedulers who take on additional accounts past a full slate.
- You’ll be graded on the amount of schedules & quality of the consultation that show up to the client’s practice.
- We actively promote from within. Successful Patient Schedulers are first in line for Account Manager as well as Patient Scheduling Manager.
