About the role:
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to focus exclusively on cold-calling dental labs across the UK. The primary objective of this role is to book product demonstration meetings with potential customers for the client's sales team. You’ll work from targeted prospect lists, reach out to labs on the phone, and communicate the value of our products with the goal of securing their interest and arranging follow-up meetings with the client’s team.

- The ideal candidate has a confident phone manner, enjoys initiating conversations with new people, and has the resilience to succeed in cold-calling. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you must be able to quickly convey the value of our machines and handle objections effectively. - Cold-Calling Prospects
- Call dental labs from prepared prospect lists to introduce them to Mayku and its products.
- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to generate interest in booking a product demonstration.
- Booking Meetings
- Secure appointments for our sales team to deliver product demonstrations (online or in person).
- Maintain a high volume of calls and ensure consistent progress toward daily and weekly meeting booking targets.
- Objection Handling
- Respond to potential customers' questions or concerns with confidence and clarity.
- Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and encourage engagement.
- CRM Management
- Accurately log all call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in our CRM.
- Keep the prospect database updated with relevant information to ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
- Requirements
- You have a confident and professional phone manner, able to quickly build rapport with new contacts.
- You’re comfortable with cold-calling and enjoy the challenge of generating interest from scratch.
- You’re goal-oriented and thrive in a target-driven role.
- You’re resilient, able to handle rejection, and motivated to keep going until you succeed.
- You have strong verbal communication skills and can explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- You’re organized and can manage your time effectively to ensure follow-ups are completed on schedule.
- Ideally, you have experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, but this is not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
