What You'll Do:
Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a talent for sales and a passion for business success? As a Commercial Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting entrepreneurs with the funding they need to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calls and warm leads) to introduce products, services, and special offers.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations to assess their needs and interest.
- Sales Conversion: Present and demonstrate products or services effectively, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of customer interactions, document details in the CRM system, and follow up on leads regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, including call volume, sales conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven outbound sales experience (minimum of 2 years preferred), preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Adaptability: Quick to adapt to changes in products, services, and sales strategies.
Preferred (but not required):
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of business financial statements
Compensation:
- Commission range: $84,000 - $240,000 per year (depending on performance)
