With a strong emphasis on both B2B and B2C sales, we partner with travel agencies, tour operators, and international clients to bring the best of Italy to travelers worldwide.
We are expanding our presence in the United States and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other industry players in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IBT’s travel products (circular bus tours, premium packages, group services) to travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners in the USA.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships in the region.
- Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
- Attend travel trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to represent IBT and expand the client base.
- Provide feedback to the IBT headquarters in Italy regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the U.S. travel sector (e.g., travel agencies, tour operators, consortia).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with Italian destinations, culture, and tourism products is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus).
Requirements:
- Must reside in the United States and be familiar with the U.S. travel market.
- Availability to travel occasionally for business meetings, trade shows, and events.
- A valid C1-level proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099 in the U.S.).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
