Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Company Representative based in the United States to serve as the primary liaison between our German headquarters and our growing U.S. client base. This role is vital in expanding our presence in the U.S. market and ensuring our clients experience the highest level of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Promote and represent our brand to potential clients, including local governments, schools, parks, and private organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation of playgrounds.
- Collaborate with the German headquarters to align on strategy, project management, and customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and assist in developing localized marketing strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, project management, or client relations, ideally within the construction, architecture, or recreational equipment industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with U.S. market trends and regulatory standards related to playground equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. and occasionally to Germany.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
