In a nutshell, it's someone who thrives in a sales environment and has at least two years of experience working in a virtual position (i.e. highly self-disciplined and can get the job done with minimal supervision). Experience in the natural health/dietary supplement vertical is a major plus.

- Is reliable. I'm talking about very reliable. Not the, "This usually doesn't happen, but it happened again" type. We're a small team and everyone must pull their weight. That means showing up every day and on time -- no exceptions (save for a major emergency, of course).

- Be a natural at building relationships and communicating with customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
- Cool and relaxed but always pushing to get things done. It's important that you take responsibility and your main focus is always delivering results.

1. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of appointment setters.
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity.
2. Process Optimization:
- Develop and refine scripts, outreach strategies, and scheduling workflows.
- Implement tools and technologies to streamline the appointment-setting process.
- Monitor call metrics, appointment conversion rates, and reporting.
3. Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with sales representatives to align scheduling priorities with sales goals.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between appointment setters and sales reps.
- Communicate feedback from clients or prospects to improve outreach efforts.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report key metrics, including call volume, appointments scheduled, no-shows, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
5. Customer Interaction:
- Handle escalations or complex scheduling requests from potential clients.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. We are currently looking to fill the following schedule:
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
We are happy to offer some flexibility, with start and end times adjustable by up to one hour later to accommodate your needs.
We offer paid sick time off as well 6 holidays per year and paid vacation leave. We also offer performance bonuses.
