Job Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing various administrative and strategic tasks that enhance our outreach and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a former K-12 teacher with sales experience, eager to apply their educational background to a dynamic sales environment. This role is responsible for managing lead follow-ups, drafting relevant client communications, and providing resources such as case studies to support re-engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Track, manage, and follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely and personalized responses. Engage with leads through email, phone calls, and other channels as needed.
- Client Outreach Support: Assist with the preparation of outreach materials tailored to specific client needs, such as case studies, industry updates, and other relevant resources.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to execute tasks that facilitate the sales process, including updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings, and preparing follow-up emails.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends and developments within the K-12 education sector, and share insights that can inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain regular reports on lead status, engagement activities, and other relevant metrics to inform sales strategies and objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and task management to support the sales team effectively.
Qualifications:
- General classroom and teaching experience , ideally with some experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional and engaging emails.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to evolving priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the K-12 education industry and knowledge of current trends and challenges in the sector.
- Experience using sales enablement and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Prior experience drafting outreach content for sales purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
