Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain relationships with existing customers within the Midwest region. This is a remote, commission-based position offering a high degree of flexibility and uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our rigid box cardboard packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Midwest region.
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain an active list of potential clients, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Present and promote our rigid box cardboard packaging solutions to new and existing customers, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Customize product offerings based on client needs, ensuring the best fit and highest quality solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the President.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of packaging solutions and an understanding of the needs of various industries.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable with a commission-only structure and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
- Previous experience in remote sales

Education and Experience:
