Maverick Dental Laboratories, LLC is a growing dental manufacturing company based in Monroeville, PA serving a national clientele of dental practices for 20 years. Maverick Dental combines artistry and CAD/CAM technology to help dentists create perfect smiles for their patients. Particularly, Maverick manufactures custom, patient-specific dental prosthetics such as crowns, veneers, implants, and dentures.
We are looking for individuals that that have a natural ability to create and develop meaningful relationships. Compensation for this position involves a base salary plus a performance-based bonus plan.
While we would value relevant experience in the dental field, it is not required. We are willing to train an enthusiastic candidate with the right attitude. Previous experience in medical sales or customer service would be required.
Job Description
Internal Sales Representatives will be responsible for revenue growth by creating new relationships with dental practices, expanding our core services and products with existing clients, and retaining current clients within an assigned territory. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Become an expert on dental terminology, laboratory products, relevant dental procedures, and competitive landscape
- Develop weekly call strategies and maintain call log in Salesforce
- Conduct daily sales calls to grow a larger allegiance of dental practices
- Garner new customers and develop deeper relationships with current clients
- Identify & retain customers expressing issues or concerns
- Meet and/or exceeds a monthly activity quota
- Actively participate in weekly review meetings
