We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the food service market. If you are an energetic, strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food service industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the food service market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Skills and Requirements:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the food service industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote our range of commercial kitchen equipment and supplies to clients
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demand

Daily Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our commercial kitchen equipment.
- Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales opportunities through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Track and record client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system to maintain accurate data and meet targets.
