Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to incoming leads, especially homeowners in distress. Conduct daily outreach to build relationships and offer personalized solutions. Convert qualified leads into signed contracts by guiding distressed sellers through the process. Keep your pipeline organized and consistently follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity is missed. Use the CRM efficiently to track all interactions and contract statuses. Focus on reaching and surpassing both individual and team sales goals through high productivity and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Skilled at building strong relationships and maintaining positive connections with people. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Adaptable and open to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record in high-pressure sales environments. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
$6,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two $3,000 increments: after 30 days and upon completion of the 8-week onboarding period). Commission + bonuses. Our agents earn over six figures annually.
