Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Terra Relocations' services, understand their relocation needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Handling: Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting and effective use of company-provided leads.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' requirements, educate them on our services, and present customized solutions to meet their moving needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update customer information, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Monitor and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless handover of clients and contribute to team goals.
- Reports: Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
Experience:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the relocation or service industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Terra Relocations effectively. Proficiency in written communication is also essential.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset that can understand and address clients' needs. Prior experience in consultative selling is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client personalities, objections, and situations; flexible approach to meet diverse customer requirements.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead tracking and management.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and resilient attitude, able to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and dynamic work culture.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
